Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All gaming products ordered from GeekSpot are shipped out of our warehouse in Greenacre, New South Wales by TNT with tracking numbers.

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days and shipping will occur immediately thereafter.

Why hasn't my order shipped?

Please note, we do not ship orders until payment has cleared, so if you have paid by Paypal eCheque, your order will not ship until we receive confirmation on payment clearance. 

We try as much as possible to process orders quickly, however if you place an order after midday or on the weekends your order will not be attended to until the next business day and you should consider this when estimating arrival dates. 

Why isn't my tracking number displaying up-to-date information?

We use TNT to ship orders and as such, are restrained by their tracking systems. If you have been provided a tracking number, information may not be available straight away and you may need to wait overnight for shipping information to update. 

Can you please ship now/ASAP/guarantee by the weekend etc.?

If you order later in the day or later in the week we cannot provide any guarantees that your order will be processed that day. Please place your orders as soon as possible to remove disappointment at order delays.
